We will respond to an inquiry within 24 hours, if not immediately. What are my payment options?Our licensed, retail internet partner accepts payments from Visa and MasterCard. Do you charge sales tax?California sales tax is applied to all shipments. Should I have the order shipped to my home or work address?Office addresses work best! Since deliveries require an adult signature, we suggest you ship to an address such as an office that you know will be attended by an adult. Most customers use this option. What states do you ship to?Due to various state laws, some retailers are restricted from shipping wine directly to some states. With state laws ever-changing, we recommend checking back frequently to check with us for states shipping status. We can ship to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. We currently do not ship to Military and A.P.O. addresses. Do you insure my order?We automatically add insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit. What is your signature policy upon delivery?You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine. All packages REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best delivery service. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine. Will a licensed US retailer process my order, and am I subject to any terms and conditions of that retailer?This order form represents an intent to purchase. Orders will be completed by a California licensed retailer. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. Retailer makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize retailer to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. The buyer represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old and in placing your order you represent to retailer that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your order is delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old. The delivery carrier (UPS or FedEx) will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
